Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thegrindnevaends.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Cash Giveaway Promotions – General Terms & Conditions (Australia)


1. Application of These Terms

These Cash Giveaway Promotion Terms & Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) apply to all cash giveaway promotions conducted by THEGRINDNEVAENDS from time to time (“Promotion”).

By purchasing any product during a Promotion Period, customers agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.


2. Promotion Entry

Unless otherwise stated, customers who purchase an eligible product during the advertised Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable cash prize draw.

Entry eligibility, prize amounts, and Promotion Period dates will be specified in the relevant promotional announcement.


3. Final Sale – Change of Mind

All products purchased during any Cash Giveaway Promotion are sold as final sale items.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind on products purchased as part of a Promotion.


4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Promotion Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a product:

  • Is faulty or defective,
  • Is not of acceptable quality,
  • Is not fit for purpose,
  • Is not as described,
  • Or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees under the ACL,

you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with your rights under Australian law.


5. Refunds and Prize Eligibility

If a customer receives a refund, replacement, or other remedy under the ACL:

  • The corresponding entry into the Promotion will be voided.
  • If the customer has already been selected as a winner, the prize may be forfeited and redrawn, subject to applicable laws.
  • If a prize has already been paid, the promoter reserves the right to recover the prize amount to the extent permitted by law.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a non-ACL-based reason (including change of mind) may result in:

  • Immediate disqualification from the Promotion,
  • Forfeiture of any prize awarded,
  • Ineligibility for future promotions,
  • Recovery action where permitted by law.


7. Promoter Rights

THEGRINDNEVAENDS reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of entries and purchases,
  • Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Promotion Terms,
  • Modify, suspend, or cancel a Promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws.


8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase during any Promotion Period, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Promotion Terms,
  • You agree that the purchase is final sale (subject to ACL rights),
  • Your entry into the cash giveaway is conditional upon acceptance of these terms.
